LensBazaar is an online retail platform offering contact lenses and related products.

We operate as a reseller and do not prescribe contact lenses (specially in International waters)

All purchases are made at the sole discretion and responsibility of the customer.

2. Medical Device Compliance

We operate under valid Medical Device License:
Registration No: HR/GUR/MD42/2023/000060
(Issued under Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Medical Devices Rules, 2017)
Contact lenses are medical devices and must only be used:
- As prescribed by a qualified eye care practitioner
- In accordance with manufacturer guidelines

3. Product Authenticity & Packaging

All products sold are genuine and sourced from original manufacturers
Packaging may vary, including:
- Repackaging by manufacturer
- Embossed or marked variations for batch/market differentiation

Such variations do not affect product quality or authenticity

4. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You have a valid prescription or knowledge of your lens parameters
You will use products responsibly under professional guidance
You are purchasing for personal use only
You will comply with import laws of your country

5. International Orders (Europe & Global)

All orders are shipped from India
Customer is solely responsible for:
- Import duties, VAT, taxes
- Customs clearance
- Regulatory compliance in destination country

⚠️ LensBazaar does not provide import clearance support

Failure to clear customs may result in:
- Shipment destruction
- Additional charges
- No refund eligibility
Customer agrees to bear:
- All customs charges
- Return-to-origin costs (if applicable)

6. Delivery Terms

Delivery timelines are best-effort basis
Standard delivery: 30–60 days
Extended delays possible: up to 180 days (supply/logistics conditions)

Customers may cancel orders (if not shipped) as per cancellation policy.

7. Cancellation Policy

Full refund available only if order is not shipped
No cancellation allowed after shipment

8. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to cross-border operations, we currently do not support general returns or replacements

Returns are not accepted in cases including:

Normal wear/damage

9. Broken Lens Policy

Soft contact lenses may occasionally tear during handling.

Such breakage is considered user handling risk and is not eligible for replacement or refund

10. Prescription Requirement

By ordering, you confirm:

Your prescription details are accurate
You are aware of correct parameters
You will follow renewal guidance from your eye care provider

We may request prescription verification if required.

11. Website Content & Errors

We strive for accuracy, but:
