Three Rules Of This Purchase
To help promote safe and responsible use of contact lenses, every customer placing an international order agrees to the following:
Rule 1
You confirm that you know how to use contact lenses properly and are aware of the usage instructions given by your Eye Doctor / Optometrist / Eye Care Practitioner.
If not, please see Rule 2.
Rule 2
If you are not fully familiar with the safe use of contact lenses, you agree that before using the product, you will seek proper advice, guidance, and instruction from your Eye Doctor / Optometrist / Eye Care Practitioner.
Rule 3
You agree that you will not use contact lenses without appropriate instructions, advice, or supervision from a qualified Eye Doctor / Optometrist / Eye Care Practitioner.
These rules are made to support the safe purchase and safe use of contact lenses.
No Return / No Refund After Shipment for International Orders
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Once the product has been shipped, dispatched, or is in transit, returns, cancellations, and refunds are not possible
- International orders cannot be returned merely because the customer later decides not to use the product
- Customers must review these Rules of Purchase carefully before placing the order
If you do not agree with these Rules of Purchase, please do not place an international order
Before Shipment Only
If you do not agree with the Rules of Purchase, you must request cancellation before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped or is in transit, the purchase will be treated as final for international orders.
