30-Day Return Policy
Under EU consumer protection regulations, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions
- Products must be unopened and in original sealed packaging
- Opened contact lenses cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Proof of purchase required
How to Return
- Email lensebazaar@gmail.com with your order number
- We provide return shipping instructions
- Ship the unopened product back
- Refund processed within 14 days of receiving return
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us immediately with photos. Free replacement or full refund.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Sealed contact lens packages opened after delivery are exempt per Article 16(e).
