Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of contact lenses (hygiene and health regulations), we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once dispatched.
Exceptions:
- Dead On Arrival (DOA) — Product received damaged or defective
- Incorrect Orders — Wrong product delivered
To report a DOA or incorrect order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photo/video proof of the issue
Once verified, we will process a full refund to the original payment method or send a free replacement at no additional cost.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for change of mind, opened/used products, or any reason beyond DOA and incorrect orders. All contact lens products are non-returnable per EU health and safety regulations.
